In the fall of 2008 I contracted with Living Water Landscaping Company to redesign my front yard. I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction with the job done by this company.
Throughout the entire project this company was most impressive. The workers reported to the job site on time. They were respectful, hard-working, and knowledgeable about their responsibilities.
The site supervisor was responsive to my requests and attentive to the questions and concerns I identified regarding how my front yard originally looked. The supervisor consistently met with me at all agreed upon times, listened to my requests and took appropriate actions. I was never left out of the loop regarding the recreation of the front yard. And every request I made was acknowledged and acted upon.
As a result of their level of professionalism I now have a front yard I am most proud of. For years I felt that my home was the least attractive on the blocks. Now, I have a front yard I am proud of. I have no reservations in writing this document on behalf of this outstanding company.

I had my first contact with LWLG at the home & Garden show at Cashman cntr. I was in the market for; as I'm sure we all are, "a good Landscaper". I hate to be pushed into anything!!!! I spoke with a man. I, being a woman, felt already at a conversational disadvantage. He was first and foremost, knowledgeable about his "product and service". I spent 15 mins. talking. He did not ask me for my name or phone (as most do at these shows..) I was given sound advice about searching for just the right Landscaper "fit" and not being too hasty with my choice. Not feeling pressured, I left with a favorable Memory of the experience. I visited 4 other landscape companies; while at the show.... but.........LWLG Stood out .......I finally got my yard done "sculpted with my personality". The owner, Mark McCloon, is always available by cell!! If I ever had a question or a problem I could get it answered...on the SPOT!!! Not only that, he makes it a point to visit each job everyday. I felt like "I was his most important" client... I like that!!! I love coming home and just looking at "my creation" with LWLG's assistance. Working with Mark and Christine and the whole crew from Living Waters was great. They listened to what I wanted to achieve as well as informing me that a choice I may want may not be the best and why. We had a great working relationship they are very responsive to any issues that may arise. The crew working here were cheerful and efficient even cleaning up every night before they left. The result is great exactly what I was looking for and everyone that has seen the before and after is amazed.

I searched for almost a year for someone who could understand & execute the landscape design that I had in mind. Many contractors came & went, that never came back or responded after their initial visit, until I found Living Water. They were everything I wanted--- smart, reasonably priced, conservation minded, responsive & design savvy.
They did everything they promised in the time frame agreed upon & went well out of their way to make sure I was happy. I could not have asked for more. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Everyone we dealt with, whether the owner, the office personnel or the landscape staff, were professional, courteous and very easy to work with. It was so enjoyable to work with a team that was creative and responsive and a pleasure working with a company that delivered on their commitments within the timeframes agreed to (and actually completed the project a few days in advance!). Three years ago my wife and I came to Las Vegas and purchased a new home. We decided to install a pool and increase the landscaping in the front yard that was installed by the builder. Mark at Living Water Lawn and Garden was recommended by a friend. It was one of the best recommendations we ever received. Mark made us a professional landscape plan for the front and back yards as well as my courtyard. Here is the best part: he and his staff are professionals; they showed up at the appointed time each day, cleaned up after they left and completed the job on the scheduled day. He came by a few times to inspect the plantings and provide special care where necessary. After several months it was apparent that a few shrubs would not survive. The shrubs were replaced at no charge when the season was appropriate. Today everything is thriving and friends and neighbors often comment on the look of our landscaping. I have recommended Mark to many friends and neighbors. Those that have used his services were all very satisfied with the quality of Mark's work and the professionalism of his staff.
